Life-Lessons from RACING Triathlons

Because I am a fellow seeker of personal peace, growth and maturity, I diligently sought to overcome the deep hurts, traumas and disappointments of my childhood and adulthood. My quest to overcome what I felt were personal limitations helped me became a disciplined world champion Triathlete. I share with you entries from my personal journal about valuable life-lessons I learned along my journey of self-discovery and self-mastery through triathlons that ended up transforming me. Those around me wanted to hear about my racing so I started preparing race reports for them to read, learn, and enjoy. May they do the same for you.
